Frequently asked questions

Pricing, getting started, commitment, remote work: everything business leaders ask us before entrusting us with their management.

How much does a service cost?

Each service is billed as a flat rate, per day, per hour or by monthly subscription depending on its nature, in euros excluding tax (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code). The first exchange and the quote are free and without obligation — the exact amount simply depends on the scope we define together.

How does an assignment start?

In three simple steps: a first exchange (phone or video) to understand your need, a detailed quote within a few days, then a start on the agreed date. For recurring assignments, we begin with a review of the existing setup so we can take over your files cleanly, with no disruption to your management.

Is a minimum commitment required?

No. One-off services end naturally on delivery. Recurring support (monthly subscriptions) has no long-term commitment: it continues as long as it is useful to you, and stops with a simple notice agreed in the quote. Our belief: it is the quality of the work that should keep you, not a contract.

Working remotely, how does it work in practice?

We work on your tools (accounting, invoicing, banking, payroll…) with secure access that you grant us, or on tools we set up together. A regular review — weekly or monthly depending on the plan — keeps everyone aligned: agenda, progress, decisions. You keep control and visibility at all times, without having to handle the day-to-day.

What is part-time (shared) management?

It means having a management skill (administration, finance, HR…) a few days a month, without hiring. You get an experienced professional, sized to your real need: two days a month with you, the rest with other organisations. You pay for what you use, with no loaded salary, no recruitment and no HR management.

How is this different from my accountant?

The two roles are complementary. Your accountant records, files and closes the accounts: a regulated role focused on compliance. We work upstream and day-to-day: invoicing, reminders, cash-flow forecasting, dashboards, preparing the items for the accounting firm. The result: a cleaner file, a faster year-end, and a leader who steers instead of being driven.

Which regions do you cover?

Our three partners cover the Grand Est (Meurthe-et-Moselle and Moselle, from Dieulouard and Vatimont) and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region (from Ollioules, in the Var). On site in these areas, and remotely anywhere in France for assignments that lend themselves to it.

What types of organisation do you work for?

Small businesses and SMEs, sports clubs — with recognised expertise in golf clubs —, associations, and individuals for administrative support. Each audience has its own specifics (association accounting, sports seasonality, small-business obligations…) that we know from the inside.

Can I outsource only part of the management?

Of course — it's actually the most common case. You can entrust us with only customer reminders, only payroll preparation, or only the monthly dashboard. The scope is set in the quote and can evolve: many clients start small, then expand once trust is established.

How is the confidentiality of my data guaranteed?

Through three levels of protection: a systematic confidentiality clause in our contracts, secure access limited to what is strictly necessary, and GDPR compliance documented in our privacy policy CGV. Your data stays yours: we access it to work, never for anything else.
